A vibrant, mood-lifting sip of spring in a glass
There’s something about this drink that feels like the start of something good. Maybe it’s the sunshine-bright citrus, the earthy green matcha, or the tropical kiss of passion fruit—but this is one of those small rituals that shifts your whole day.
Refreshing, energizing, and just sweet enough, this is a drink that feels like care. Like sunshine. Like you took five minutes to make something beautiful for yourself—because you’re worth it.
We serve this over ice on warm days, pair it with breakfast al fresco, or sip it mid-afternoon when we need a little pick-me-up that doesn’t just caffeinate… it uplifts.

Ingredients (Serves 1)
- 8 oz cold water
- 2 oz boiling water
- 1 tsp high-quality matcha (sifted)
- Juice from 1 whole lemon
- 1.5 oz 100% passion fruit juice (we love the brand Ceres)
- 1 tsp monk fruit sweetener
- 1 tbsp honey
Method
- In your favorite mug or matcha bowl, sift the matcha for a smooth, clump-free base.
- Add monk fruit, honey, and 2 oz of boiling water to your bowl or mug.
Use a handheld milk frother or a traditional chasen (bamboo matcha whisk) to whisk vigorously in a zig-zag motion until smooth and frothy. - Pour in the remaining 8 oz of cold water, lemon juice, and passionfruit juice. Stir to combine.
Serve over ice in a tall glass, garnish with a lemon slice or edible flower if you’re feeling fancy.
